By using MallorCard Jobs, you agree to use the platform responsibly and provide accurate information. The platform helps employers and candidates connect; employment agreements are made directly between them.

For job seekers

Browsing and applying for jobs is free. Apply only using your own information or information you are authorised to share. Check the role and employer before sharing your details. We do not guarantee an interview, offer or employment outcome.

For employers

You must be authorised to represent the company you list. Publish real, current opportunities with clear responsibilities, location, requirements and working conditions. Listings must comply with applicable employment and non-discrimination requirements. Do not publish misleading roles, application fees, unlawful content or personal data without permission.

New listings and changes are reviewed before publication. MallorCard may decline or close listings that do not meet these requirements. Jobs close at their stated expiry date. Employers are responsible for responding to applicants and for handling their data appropriately.

Applications and confidentiality

Use applicant information only for the relevant recruitment process. Do not sell, redistribute or publish CVs or candidate contact details. Applications are automatically removed from the platform after six months. Employers are responsible for any copies they retain separately.

Accounts and availability

Keep your password confidential. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service. We work to keep the platform available, but availability is not guaranteed.
