Privacy notice

MallorCard Jobs connects job seekers and employers in Mallorca. This notice explains what happens to information you share on this platform. The operator’s identity and contact information are available in MallorCard’s privacy policy. You can reach the team through info@mallorcard.es.

When you apply for a job

We collect the name, email address, optional telephone number, application message and optional PDF CV you submit. We record your consent and the submission time. We use this information to deliver your application to the employer you chose. That employer and authorised MallorCard administrators can access it; applications and CVs are never public.

Your application is stored for up to six months, unless it is deleted earlier. The employer may contact you using the information you provided and is responsible for its own recruitment process and any information it stores outside this platform. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not necessary for your application. Deleted records may remain in restricted database backups for up to ten additional days before those backups expire.

Employer accounts

We collect your name, email address and password to provide your employer account. Passwords are stored as salted, one-way hashes. Company profiles and approved job listings are public. Account sessions expire after seven days. We record account identifiers, actions and timestamps when listings are managed or applications are deleted.

Hosting and service providers

The website runs on Cloudflare. The API and PocketBase database run on infrastructure managed through Coolify. Hosting providers process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service. If email delivery is enabled, the configured email provider processes recipient addresses and notification or password recovery messages. CVs are not attached to notification emails.

Cookies and browser storage

We use an essential, secure session cookie to keep employers signed in and a preference cookie to remember your selected language. Saved jobs are stored locally in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes saved jobs. This platform does not add advertising cookies or marketing analytics.

Your choices and requests

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting MallorCard. Employers can delete applications in their dashboard. To request account deletion or withdraw an application, include the account email address and enough details to identify the request. You may also contact the employer directly about its use of your application. You can raise a data protection concern with the relevant supervisory authority.
